No Refund Policy
All Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC events are non-refundable. All ticket sales are final.

Online Ticket Purchase

• Event Tickets & Tables
  Purchase directly through the official event website.
• Valid ID Requirement
  A matching, valid, state-issued ID is required for ticket validation. Ensure you use the exact first and last names for each attendee when purchasing multiple tickets.
• Name Accuracy
  Enter names exactly as they appear on each attendee’s ID. Nicknames are not permitted.
• No Transfers/Resales
  Online tickets are tied to the purchaser’s name and cannot be transferred, resold, or exchanged for other events.
• Digital Confirmation
  Online tickets are digital—no paper printouts required. Your ID will serve as your ticket confirmation at check-in.

Physical Ticket Purchase

• Limited Availability
  A limited number of physical tickets may be obtained from official Nxlevel collegiate members.
• Personal Responsibility
  Physical tickets must be presented at the event along with valid ID. All ticket purchases are final; no refunds or substitutions.

Event Lines

• Check-In Process
  Lines are necessary for age verification, security checks, and ticket validation. Keep your ID readily available until you have been fully checked in.
• Courtesy & Safety
  Refrain from cutting lines, blocking entrances, or congregating in public streets. Remain on the sidewalk and respect other businesses and pedestrians.

Event Parking

• Rideshare Recommended
  Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC does not provide parking. Plan to arrive early if you choose to drive, or use rideshare services for convenience.

Event Attire

• Upscale, All-White
  Semi-formal to formal all-white clothing is required. No athletic attire or jeans. (Accessories may be any color unless otherwise specified.)

Required ID

• State-Issued or Military ID
  Valid identification is required for age verification and ticket confirmation. Student IDs are not acceptable.

Security & Safety

• Venue Checks
  Security personnel will perform checks to ensure the safety of all guests. Any attendee deemed a risk may be refused entry or removed without refund.

Lost or Stolen Items

• No Liability
  Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC and its partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Contact the venue regarding lost articles.

Photo/Video Release

• Consent to Capture
  By attending, you grant Nxlevel Lifestyle & Entertainment Group, LLC permission to photograph or record your image for future promotional use.
